A Small Shift

If you’ve been following along, you’ve seen our weekly blog posts as a way to offer resources, reflections, and gentle reminders along the way.  Lately, I’ve been thinking about how people actually connect with content, and where it feels most natural, accessible, and supportive.  Because of this, I have decided to make a small shift.

Instead of weekly blog posts, I will now be sharing resources, coping skills, and reflections through regular Instagram and Facebook posts.  This allows me to offer shorter and more digestible content and be responsive to what is happening in the moment.  You can still expect mental health insights, practical tools, and moments of encouragement, they will just be showing up differently.  Our monthly newsletter will not change, which if you haven't signed up, you can do so here!
