Services
Over the years, I've found that many clients need more than therapy alone. They often leave sessions knowing what they want to work on but feeling overwhelmed by the school, workplace, healthcare, and community systems they have to navigate. Case management and advocacy services help bridge that gap by turning therapeutic goals into practical, actionable steps. Whether you're advocating for accommodations, coordinating with providers, or figuring out what comes next after an assessment or diagnosis, I'm here to help you navigate the process with confidence.
