When a child struggles with anxiety or OCD, it's natural for parents to want to reduce their distress. Unfortunately, some well-intentioned responses can unintentionally reinforce anxiety over time. Modeled after the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) approach, these sessions focus on helping caregivers respond in ways that increase confidence, reduce family accommodation, and support long-term resilience. Parent participation is the primary focus, meaning children do not need to attend sessions for families to benefit.

Raising a neurodivergent child often means navigating systems and expectations that weren't designed with your family in mind. Whether your child is autistic, has ADHD, or has another neurodevelopmental difference, these sessions focus on understanding your child's unique needs, identifying supportive accommodations, navigating school and community resources, and creating practical strategies that honor their strengths while reducing daily stress. The goal is to build a home environment where both children and caregivers can thrive.
